Payment & Billing

Failure to complete payment may result in paused or terminated access to products or services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

For coaching or strategy sessions:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Just Launch Co.

Group programs and digital courses follow the policies stated at registration.

Intellectual Property

All brand assets, including text, design, images, templates, and downloadable materials, are property of Just Launch Co. and protected by U.S. copyright law.

You may use purchased templates and resources within your own business but may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own work.
